Job Summary

Customer Quality Engineers serves as the primary interface with customer on all quality related issues. The role ensures customer satisfaction by managing product quality performance, driving problem resolutions, and preventing recurrence through continuous improvement activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints, field return, SCARS/8D response, and quality deviation requests
  • Lead root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
  • Support customer audits, line walks, and quality reviews.
  • Responsible for managing customer audits, scheduling, leading, follow up and closure on all audit actions.
  • Define inspection methods and quality check points across a product line.
  • Develop, implement in-process inspection / final outgoing quality control to ensure CTQ characteristics are consistently achieved.
