Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all QA activities are executed efficiently and effectively throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Successful execution of this role requires strong stakeholder engagement to support collaboration across functions and ensure full compliance with Quality Management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all quality assurance and compliance activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Manage and facilitate Material Review Boards (MRBs).
• Ensure the timely and effective management of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain relevant quality performance metrics.
