The primary function of this role is to proved Quality Engineering expertise and assist our customers in support of existing and developing programs. .
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Executes the development, implementation and improvement of the quality management system (ISO/TS).
+ Champion and lead local organizations in the adoption and use of Six Sigma Methods and Practices acting as a “change agent” within the organization.
+ Establish, train and lead Root Cause Analysis Teams in the area of inspection reject and warranty reduction to meet plant DPPM goals.
+ Network within Danfoss and other companies on best practices.
