Job Description

Responsible for ensuring product quality meets standards and customer requirements, ensuring the implementation of defined quality control plan, analyzing data, implementing quality control measures, and working with team to solve quality problems.

As the hub of customer and internal quality management, to achieve the pre-control of quality risks and the improvement of customer satisfaction through efficient closed-loop customer complaints and precise conversion of customer standards

1. Responsible for product related PFD/PFMEA/QCP effective implementation, timely identify and organize Review and update according to complaints and quality issue internally.

2. Responsible for product-related testing workflow, inspection methods, inspection standards and test records,and follow up related quality issue

3. Responsible for deal with customer quality complaints, and follow up corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve customer satisfaction
