- Lead quality control for final electronic products, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Apply quality tools such as D-MIC and 8D to monitor and improve processes.
- Track and report KPIs (SYP/FTP) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating autonomy and decision-making skills.
- Utilize ERP systems to support production and quality operations effectively.
- 6+ years of experience in the electronics industry with a background in Electronics Engineering.
- Expertise in final product quality and IPC-A-610 standards.
- Skilled in quality tools such as D-MIC and 8D, and KPI tracking (SYP/FTP).
- Experience with ERP systems and strong interpersonal skills: teamwork, decisiveness, and assertiveness.
