Job Description
Seeking entry level engineers who are passionate about Aerospace and Defense! Must have relevant internship experience and a degree in either Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering.
Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed analysis of customer returned parts and use findings to drive CAPA improvements.
+ Prevent internal recurring failures and reduce risks by performing root cause analysis.
+ Validate customer RMAs and issue further actions to improve manufacturing processes.
+ Supervise a team of six in the final inspection department, providing guidance, coaching, and training.
+ Represent QA in the material review board (MRB) for internal rejections.
Essential Skills
+ Internship experience ideally in Quality Engineering (will consider Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc. too)
+ Proficiency with AS9102 standards.
