Koch Inc. Guadalajara seeks a Quality Engineer in Optics & Connectivity to lead QA across processes and products, driving continuous improvement in fiber optics and coordinating with cross-functional teams and international clients.

You will implement QMS controls, perform root-cause analysis with 8D/PDCA/5W, develop inspection plans, train staff, and manage ISO 9001 audits, while supporting 5S, EHS, Lean, and new testing methods.
