Job Description
Responsibilities
- To ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
- To ensure the quality of the finished product.
- To be present at all trial mix sessions at the plant.
- To ensure all trial mixes are carried out accordingly and test reports within a day after testing.
- To liaise closely with customer for any complaint and ensure these are settled within 3 working days.
- To ensure sand samples are collected at least twice weekly for ISO plants and once weekly for non-ISO plants.
- To make regular visits to the plants to ensure that all mix designs at the plants are as per Concrete Mix Design Summary.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.
- Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance.
