Job Description

Flex is seeking a Quality Engineer at its Guadalajara North Campus to develop and implement QA programs ensuring defect-free electronics for high-volume production. You will collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing teams to uphold reliability and quality objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead audits, support NPI launches, and mentor QA technicians while staying current with industry standards and best practices.
