About the Team



 
The Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Suppliers, the team drives continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with IATF , customer-specific requirements, and ZF quality standards. Our collaborative environment encourages innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence to support world-class automotive manufacturing.

 
What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer

  • Lead problem-solving activities using quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa to eliminate root causes.

  • Support APQP activities, PPAP submissions, engineering changes, and new product launches.
