the job

• Develop and maintain inspection standards, forms, work instructions, and engineering drawings to ensure consistent quality processes.
• Ensure inspection requirements are correctly implemented and updated according to production needs.
• Review all quality documentation for accuracy, applicability, and compliance.
• Lead customer complaint management, including root cause analysis, review discussions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive 8D corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and timely customer feedback.
• Conduct reliability testing and product audits, with proper data analysis and continuous improvement support.
