Quality Engineer

All about the role

We have an opening available for a Quality Engineer; the purpose of this role is to ensure the quality of our steel and products meet the required standards. You will also aid in the efficiency and profitability of the business.

• Create and implement process documentation that is auditable to the latest ISO standards.
• Establish good working relationships with relevant internal departments, subcontractors & customers.
• Facilitate the investigation of quality concerns, in line with internal non‑conformance procedure and customer requirements such as 8D, 5Y.
• Collate evidence and provide sufficient response to all internal and customer requests regarding corrective/preventive actions.
• Support Business Improvement and Quality System activities/requirements.
