Quality Engineer / CMM Programmer

One of our clients is looking to hire a full-time, onsite Quality Engineer/ CMM Programmer opportunity in Windsor, CT.

The team specializes in producing complex, close-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.

Job Duties

Develop and edit CMM programs using PC-DIMS and MCOSMOS for machined components.

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications and technical documentation to define inspection strategies.

Identify and utilize appropriate fixturing, tooling, and setups to ensure repeatable and accurate measurements.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications/standards in accordance with customer requirements.

Review and verify inspection and testing of products for compliance with drawings and specifications.

Perform measurement system analysis (MSA) and gage R&R to validate measurements.
