Job Description

负责新零部件和新供应商的开发；供应商质量问题的改善；供应商质量绩效的提升；推动供应商进行持续改进提升其过程管控和质量管理体系。供应商类别主要为：冲压、塑料、橡胶、粉末冶金、机加工等。

Key responsibilities:

  • Supplier quality improvement: monitor supplier quality performance, push suppliers to make continuous improvement, and achieve annual quality performance target.

    • 供应商质量绩效提升：监控供应商的质量绩效，推动供应商进行持续改进，完成年度质量绩效目标。

  • Supplier training: provide training to suppliers to improve their quality management ability and quality awareness.

    • 供应商培训：对供应商进行培训，提高其质量管理能力和质量意识。

  • New project: complete new components development according to APQP, and approve PPAP according project deadline. Monitor the supplier's new components development status and production process development ...
