You Contribution:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the production process, ensuring a high-quality product with added value.

  • Ensure compliance with process and product quality requirements to satisfy the customer and the organization's quality system. 

  • To serve as the point of contact with external clients for any requests, including handling complaints and engineering changes. 

    • Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, ​​Quality Engineering and/or Customer Quality 

  • Fluent English

  • Experience with GM client and their CSRs

  • Customer Service

  • Problem Solving

  • Core tools, GD&T
