Develop and implement quality control guidelines and policies. Support both internal and customer initiatives and concerns. Improve processes. Promote process improvements throughout the organization across all departments. Deliver process flow charts and make improvement recommendations. Plan and coordinate Supplier Quality improvements for over 70 suppliers throughout the Pacific Asia region. Customer product defect remediation. Work with customers, multiple factory suppliers to determine the root cause. Approve factory Failure Analysis /Root Cause Corrective Action reports and support rewrite if necessary. Work on product testing& troubleshooting. Troubleshoot passive electronic devices and pcb manufacturing issues. Test product to confirm failures in various technologies in fields of electromechanical timing, synchronization, power, connectivity, and RF antenna.
