QUALITY ENGINEER

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage, monitor, and improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with IATF16949, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), EQS, and Government regulations. This role will maintain documentation, conduct audits, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Define clear, simple procedures for all operations and ensure they are well‑documented, followed, and aligned with IATF16949, CSRs, and EQS requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality by training staff, empowering problem solving, and involving them in continuous improvement.
• Secure executive-level involvement to align the QMS with organizational goals and allocate necessary resources.
