QUALITY ENGINEER 2 (SUSTAINING) 

The professional is responsible for identifying and controlling manufacturing process defects, including scrap, nonconforming materials, and customer complaints, by participating in teams focused on root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. They develop quality plans and product specifications, participate in the creation and monitoring of PFMEAs, and design sampling procedures, forms, and instructions to collect and evaluate quality and reliability data. Additionally, they apply and update tools such as SPC, perform various analyses, prepare reports, and promote continuous improvement through investigations, performance indicator monitoring, and coordination of product and process enhancements.

They also manage and follow up on systems such as CAPA, MRB, and complaints, ensuring the timely closure of actions resulting from audits, customer claims, safety issues, or nonconforming products. The...
