Quality Director (Guadalajara)

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Director located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
Reporting to the Quality Senior Director, the Quality Director will guide the quality function within Flex, ensuring world‐class quality standards and compliant best practices across the organization.
Typical Day Survey and evaluate current and future vendors.
Prepare and implement QA policies and procedures.
Review discrepancy reports and implement corrective actions.
Report progress to customers and maintain contact to exceed their business needs.
Conduct presentations to staff as required.
Establish QA objectives and create action plans.
Cooperate with top management in formulating company policies, operating procedures and goals.
Evaluate reports from product assurance program department heads and assist in formulating fiscal budgets.
