Job Description

Adient plc seeks a Quality Director to lead QMS oversight and alignment with IATF16949 across multiple plants. You will drive internal/external audits, supplier quality programs, and APQP/PPAP processes while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Program Management to ensure product quality from development to delivery.
