Job Description
- Verify that production activities comply with process documentation and work instructions; ensure operators adhere to defined procedures.
- Identify and evaluate nonconforming products during process inspections; initiate product segregation, coordinate rework and re-inspection, and ensure proper documentation in accordance with nonconformance control procedures.
- Report nonconformities, defects, and process deviations in a timely manner to facilitate corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis of in-process nonconformities and customer complaints, and assist in the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.
- Analyze inspection and in-process quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance process stability and product quality.
