Quality controller (fresh fruit/vegetables)

Our client is seeking a Quality Controller with food handling and fresh fruit experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of raw materials, processing, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is based in Firgrove . Responsibilities Inspect all incoming raw materials against specifications, releasing only compliant products to production. Record all findings during receiving, notify relevant parties when products are rejected or when a non‑conformance is issued. Inspect incoming vehicles against food safety requirements (e.g., temperature, cleanliness). Monitor and verify the quality of products during receiving, storage and production, ensuring the final product specification is met before release.
