Quality Controller Description
- Check and ensure that all the repairs are carried out as per the job advice.
- Reporting additional repairs noticed during road test.
- Read customer verbatim reported in the repair order, ascertain/identify diagnostic/repair requirement based on vehicle dynamic or static testing.
- Assist Team/Technician in diagnosing complicated cases by providing complaint occurrence condition information.
- Conduct post service/repair vehicle testing dynamic/static confirm services/repairs carried are meeting Quality standards.
- Assist workshop manager in preparing F1 analysis report.
- Assist Front Line/SA for pretesting if necessary to capture complicated complaints occurrence condition by joint test with customer.
- Test drive the vehicle within the speed limits allowed.
- Ensure vehicle is driven on road only for the test purpose adhering traffic rules.
