About The Role

To provide constant monitoring and record keeping for the various stages of production of precast concrete, as it relates to quality (i.e. compliance with CSA A23.4, CPCI/PCI Standards, job specifications, plant standards, and procedures).

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Ensure that all materials and workmanship are in accordance with required specifications and drawings as applicable.
  • Keep on file a complete set of shop drawings for each work order and review job specific data/specifications with the QA/QC Manager and inform plant personnel.
  • Prepare the necessary inspection forms for each specific job being monitored and record all data appropriately, and monitor and record the review of all purchased materials as they are received (i.e., cement, aggregate, admixtures, strand, reinforcing, miscel...
