Tasks

  • Conduct quality analyses on food products.
  • Collect samples of finished products as needed.
  • Control and validate raw materials.
  • Record and archive results according to procedures.
  • Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections during production.
  • Perform environmental sampling at regular intervals.
  • Monitor non-compliance deviations, manage non-conformities, and quarantine affected products.
  • Train new employees during their onboarding and provide ongoing coaching to operational staff.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections.
  • Verify Critical Control Points (CCP).
  • Perform sensory (organoleptic) testing on ingredients, intermediate products, and finished goods.
  • Support document and record system modifications.
  • Participate in implementing new food safety and quality requirements.
