Description:

Process Quality Control

  • Monitor production processes to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  • Perform inspections and tests processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

    • Issue Resolution

  • Assess quality issues and support root cause analysis for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to resolve quality concerns.

    • Team Management

  • Supervise and providing mentorship to QC Engineers and inspectors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge on quality practices.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in any Engineering Courses.
  • At least 10 years of work experience with 3 years of managing experience in Quality Field.
  • Skilled in 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
