Responsibilities

  • Develop departmental objectives and activity plans in line with Company and Quality Control Directorate goals and policies; submit for approval, implement approved plans, and ensure effective execution.
  • Actively contribute to the establishment, improvement, and development of the Quality Control System in line with quality policies and objectives; support the integration of local and international quality standards across the Company.
  • Ensure that incoming materials, raw materials, and finished products comply with Turkish Food Codex requirements and
  • Company quality standards; initiate and follow up corrective actions to eliminate factors negatively affecting product quality.
  • Ensure the laboratory operates fully, efficiently, and in compliance with required standards.
