Quality Control Supervisor (FMCG)

Our client, a well-established player in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their team in Coega, Port Elizabeth This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining world-class quality standards while leading and developing a strong QC team within a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Ensure all incoming recipes, raw materials, in-process, final product, and packaging material specifications are adhered to and met. Ensure CCP’s, OPRP’s and PRP’s are maintained. Ensure trimming, blending, ageing, filling, flavoring, freezing, canning, blanching, pasteurizing, coding and final product packaging material quality requirements are adhered to and met.
