Responsibilities:
Jobsite Inspections: Perform pre-installation, in-progress, and final punch-list inspections on flat and low-slope roofing systems. System Verification: Confirm proper installation of Single-Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), Built-Up Roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roof setups. Deficiency Tracking: Document workmanship errors with clear photos and text, issue corrective action plans, and verify completed re-work. Manufacturer Liaison: Partner with technical representatives from manufacturers like Duro-Last, GAF, or Johns Manville to meet structural warranty parameters. Documentation Management: Maintain precise logs, write daily quality assurance reports, and sign off on project closeouts.
