Quality Control

Requirements:

• At least 4 years working experience in QAQC (Automotive industry would be an advantage)
• Male (Preferred)
• Education - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or any related Engineering
• Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Job descriptions:

• To plan, monitor, guide, instruct inspectors towards minimum rejects and wastage.
• To communicate clearly the required standard to the suppliers, purchasing, receiving, manufacturing and logistic personnel for total compliance.
• To maintain/report/improve on any 5S (especially Checking Fixture, inspection instrument and record) & Safety issue.
• To set the standards, monitor the schedule and arrange execution of supplier audit programmed.
• To coordinate the Internal Audit activity.
• To coordinate for Customer or External Audit Activities.
