Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Assurance Supervisor

• Ensure effective quality control for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Ensure only products meeting company quality requirements are released.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to SOPs and quality standards on the production line.
• Conduct and monitor line audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Oversee incoming quality inspection and identify material defects. Communicate quality requirements clearly to vendors.
• Issue and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to suppliers when defects are identified.
• Maintain and monitor supplier quality performance, including LRR, with target of minimum LRR and achieves customer satisfaction.
• Ensure in-process inspections are conducted as required.
• Ensure sufficient QC manpower is available for all production runs.
