Job Description
•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in food manufacturing, preferably in cereal-based or flour products (Tom Brown, infant cereals, fortified foods, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, FDA).
• Hands-on experience with production machinery and quality testing methods.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must reside in Taifa or its immediate environs.

Role Overview
