We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Control Manager to lead their quality assurance function and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and the highest standards of product quality.

The Role

As Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality processes across the business, managing customer quality concerns through to resolution, leading a small field-based quality team, and working closely with the factory to identify and prevent recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.

* Investigate product and installation issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
