We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Control Manager to lead their quality assurance function and drive continuous improvement across the business. The Role
As Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality processes across the business, managing customer quality concerns through to resolution, leading a small field-based quality team, and working closely with the factory to identify and prevent recurring issues.
