Mission
:
Lead the enhancement and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effective quality standards, processes, and procedures across the business.
Drive the implementation of “Quality at Source” principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-focused quality objectives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain inspection, audit, and nonconformance management processes to support production efficiency, supplier quality performance, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and customer centers to resolve quality issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive ongoing quality improvements.
Monitor product quality performance, analyze data, and implement actions to enhance supplier and customer outcomes.
