SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and high-performance execution of inspection and validation activities, as well as the growth and development of people, processes, and systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Monitor scheduling and coordinate the activities of employees who are involved in the inspection and validation of product and production documentation based on scheduled customer orders, established priorities, and availability and capability of personnel. Determine and monitor capacity requirements for meeting internal commit dates and customer demand.
