Job Description
Responsibilities: Ensure production compliance with all needed specifications. Ensure compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements. Works with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met. Manages customer complaint process under the supervision of the Quality Director. Owner of Root Cause Analysis Process by involving relevant departments in developing appropriate corrective action response. Responsible for promoting a quality mindset in all plant employees. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field. 5+ years of experience in quality control within the FMCG or food & beverage sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of quality systems, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance in FMCG. Fluent English is a must.
