Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure production compliance with all needed specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements.
  • Works with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met.
  • Manages customer complaint process under the supervision of the Quality Director.
  • Owner of Root Cause Analysis Process by involving relevant departments in developing appropriate corrective action response.
  • Responsible for promoting a quality mindset in all plant employees.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control within the FMCG or food & beverage sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance in FMCG.
  • Fluent English is a must.
