- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience with supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Certification in Operations Six Sigma, COPC or LEAN, or a related operations coursework.
- 5 years of experience in analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
