The Quality Control Manager & Auditor is responsible for overseeing the quality inspection process across all stages of garment production while ensuring that internal standards and client specifications are consistently met. This hybrid role involves managing the daily activities of quality inspectors and independently auditing the production and quality systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and guide quality control inspectors across cutting, embroidery, printing, sewing, finishing and other processes (such as embellishment) to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Check fabric, trim and other production material inspection reports, highlighting any potential problems to the Purchasers and Merchandisers for them to communicate issues with suppliers.
