A system of maintaining standards in manufactured products by testing a sample of the output against the specification.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highschool Graduate with 1 year experience as QA/QC or
  • College Graduate with any degree or
  • College undergraduate with atleast 1 year experience as QA/QC or

DUTIES

  • Testing
  • Reporting
  • Improving Quality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor manufacturing operations and ensure they run smoothly.
  • Ensure that all output meets the strict industry standards required for market release.

EQUIMENT USED:

  • Height Gauge
  • Caliper
  • Digimatic Micrometer
  • Round Gauge etc.

KEY NOTES:

  • Report everyday duties.
  • Gathering Datas and performing problem solving during inspection.
