Quality Control Inspector - Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming raw material inspection as per PO, drawings, and specifications
  • Verify and review Material Test Certificates (MTCs)
  • Ensure proper heat number identification and traceability at the time of material receipt
  • Perform stage-wise in-process inspection as per approved QAP
  • Check machining tolerances, dimensions, and fitment accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with API Spec 7K and internal QMS procedures
  • Carry out final inspection before dispatch
  • Witness and verify load testing, hardness testing, MPI, UT, and other...
