Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Conduct In-Process periodical checking by an hourly basis
- Provide support to production to improve the quality of products
- Prepare In-Process Quality Control Report
- Approve Internal QA/QC Approval (first Piece Approval)
- Handling internal nonconforming product
- Responsible for verifying the finished goods from production to warehouse
- Ensure the MasterCard and job sheet is available during the production run and highlight to production if it is not available
- To support production in the making of new samples for product development.
- To ensure the QC quarantine area is in a proper condition with no pending or accumulation of On-Hold items.
- To report any unusual activities of anyone to the superior.
OTHERS
Compliance with the quality system for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and any other quality requirements observed by the Company.
