Job Description

The Quality Control Inspector will participate in the execution of the fabrication travelers and perform quality inspections in accordance with the established quality program, related codes, standards, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct dimensional inspections.
  • Perform visual welding inspections and visual weld examinations.
  • Verify materials used in fabrication.
  • Carry out receiving inspections.
  • Review Material Test Reports as needed.
  • Monitor welding processes as required.
  • Complete all documentation and forms related to individual inspections.
  • Write and track non-conformance reports.
  • Support quality control activities associated with project requirements.

    • Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in quality control and inspection processes.
  • CWB Level 2 certification.
  • Experience with Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
