Overview

Quality Control Foreman (Lesotho) — to supervise and coordinate final product testing and packing activities to ensure the timely delivery of quality products in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure testing and packing of products in line with relevant specifications, procedures, and quality instructions
• Train supervisors and operators in their respective tasks and ensure compliance with instructions
• Identify and report assembly and quality issues to the Factory Manager and Quality Manager
• Implement and maintain corrective and preventive actions as advised by the Quality Manager
• Monitor operator and machine output and efficiency
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase testing output
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Ensure all finished products are correctly identified
