Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate field inspections carried out by subordinates and ensure the assigned assignment is complete within the timeline given.
Assist and conduct daily inspection to achieve targeted objective.
Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken by the respective Operation/Division.
Reviewed IN and Out monthly records of stocks for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit Weekly & Monthly QC Report to respective Head of Operation/Division.
Any other job assigned by HOD/Superior from time to time.
Qualifications
BACHELOR DEGREE IN AGRICULTURE, PLANTATION TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT AND RELATED FIELD.
MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AGRICULTURE OR RELATED.
Experience / Skills Required
- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATION
- EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVING, DECISION-MAKING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES.
