Job Responsibilities
- To review work procedures of Assembly, Manufacturing, AC Lab, Suction Discharge Pipe and Installation Kit Line.
- To prepare the SOPs, MOM's, MOU's and Quality Improvement/Kaizen Reports for the quality department.
- Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; drive corrective actions.
- Make sure the implementation of easy mixing parts is being followed as per MoU.
- To prepare monthly/quarterly and annual performance reports of QA.
- To keep and maintain the record of HR policies and department related files.
- To prepare & follow up on assigned tasks and operational activities of QA departments.
- To control line stoppage issues through making timely decisions.
- To develop the criteria for evaluation of new product & trial production with respect to quality standards and ensure mass production.
