Quality Control Engineer

What You’ll Do:
✅ Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
✅ Conduct rigorous prototype testing for functionality, durability, and environmental performance.
✅ Develop and implement robust quality control plans, inspection points, and sampling strategies.
✅ Monitor production processes using SPC and drive improvements to reduce defects.
✅ Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written)
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
✔ 5+ years of quality experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of IATF16949, VDA6.3, and quality tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP).
✔ Experience in motor-related projects is a plus.
