Quality Control Engineer- Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control
• Monitor and inspect civil works such as excavation, concrete placement, rebar installation, formwork, and finishing.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, ISO).
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Maintain logs for inspections, tests, corrective actions, and approvals.
• Coordination & Supervision
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure civil works are executed per approved plans.
