The Quality Control & Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring quality mechanical trade workmanship. The successful candidate will possess a clear understanding of the full construction life cycle. Duties involve monitoring & training for best practice and procedures of trade specific tasks, assisting in developing and implementing a structured mentorship program for field staff. This role reports to the VP of Operations as well as Project Managers.
