Quality Control and Improvement Engineer

Position:

This position oversees and coordinates the Quality Control process, ensuring the effective monitoring of quality operations.

What will you do:

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality- and Sampling Plan.
  • Control the manufacturing process; entitled to halt production in case of significant quality defects.
  • Monitor and analyze quality parameters of finished and semi-finished tobacco products.
  • Manage rework activities, including blocking materials/products, handling waste/rejects, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and analyze quality control reports.
  • Plan and organize the work schedule for the quality control team, providing support in unusual situations.
