- Execute the Servicing Quality Control Plan for assigned process audits
- Conduct quality control reviews as per prescribed audit schedules
- Ensure compliance with investor requirements, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in mortgage servicing guidelines and regulations
- Prepare audit methods, testing scripts, and questionnaires
- Conduct audits of loan servicing systems and processes
- Collaborate with external/client stakeholders effectively
- Deliver assignments ahead of deadlines with high attention to detail
- Work US shifts and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
